How much do you charge?
All components of the price quote for your event or project are carefully calculated based on a number of subjective factors. Components such as travel, transportation, cost of botanicals, and other design materials always vary in cost based on the project. During our consultation, we will discuss your budget as well as realistic expectations within that budget. After your consultation, you’ll receive a proposal with an itemized list of factors applicable to your event or project. Here at Nebulosa, we value honesty, transparency, and communication with all of our clients, and we uphold those values throughout the entire design process.
Please note that we are unable to accept consultation appointments for weddings with floral/creative direction budgets below $20,000.
What if I want a specific flower that’s out of season?
Nebulosa Design Studios is rooted in sustainability, accountability, and seasonal beauty (no matter how unexpected that beauty may be). Because of our high standards for environmental consciousness, we will not ship flowers out of season for your event or project. We take unbelievable amounts of pride in offering unique solutions to your event-- If I may be so bold, we are world renowned for it! If you are able to meet me at the table with flexibility, compassion for the earth, and a curiosity for making unexpected choices, I promise that you won’t miss those out-of-place florals on the day of your event.
Do you offer free consultations?
Because Nebulosa takes so much pride in our work from start to finish, we are unable to provide complimentary consultations for every potential client who desires our work. Your consultation fee of $350 covers the cost of our time together during the consultation as well as the research necessary to provide you with an event proposal that’s as accurate as possible. The $350 consultation fee will be applied to your overall project invoice after we both decide to move forward with your project.
How far out do I need to contact you in order to secure you for my event?
For weddings, we kindly ask that you reach out, at the very least, 6 to 8 months in advance of your event. For smaller events, we are able to offer some flexibility depending on the location of your event. Please fill out our contact form and we will get in touch with you ASAP regarding whether or not you are eligible for scheduling a consultation.
How far will you and your team travel for my event?
With our shears in one hand and our passports in the other, there’s truly no limit to how far we will travel to bring your vision to life! We love an adventure, and with our long list of international contacts, chances are we might already have a professional connection near your destination. If not, we never meet a stranger, so we are eager to connect with whoever necessary to go above and beyond for your project. Why don’t you have social media?
Much like most of what goes on here at Nebulosa Design Studios, we’ve practiced an alternative approach to marketing and social media. In order to focus as deeply as possible on the creative journey, we have forgone the woes of social media and have solely relied on word-of-mouth networking. As a result, Nebulosa has had the space to create a culture of authentic and sustainable design above all else. After much consideration, Nebulosa has decided to hire a social media manager and will be launching social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok sometime in Fall/Winter 2025.
